Job Description / Responsibility
- Repair & maintenance of all types of Sewing Machines including Iron, Folding, Fusing & Hydraulic Press Machines.
- Ensure all machines are always operational & machine down time is minimum.
- Knowledge of Folder, Guides & adjustment of all Sewing Attachment is imperative
- Train or instruct employees on proper use and operation of machines
- Set up new machines and maintain documentation of machine repairs and parts.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machines and other equipment
- Good knowledge about high tech machine (Jam International, Sipami, VI-BE MAC)
- Have to reduce maintenance cost .
- Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Educational Requirements
- Minimum HSC.
Experience Requirements
- At least 10 year(s)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age at least 30 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Woven Garments specially in Hi Tech Machine
- Strong oral and written communication skill in Bangla & English
- Able to continuous e-mail corresponding
- Computer skills in MS-Office, Internet
- Self-motivated, confident and proactive
- Focused and goal oriented
- Ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Should have continues learning mind set.
